Meatball tray 
Hand made meatballs slow cooked in your choice of B-B-Q or marinara sauce

Spinach & Artichoke dip 
Homemade Spinach & artichoke dip made with monterey jack cheese. Served with toasted French bread

7 Layer Taco dip
This tray starts with a thick layer of ground meat then we add refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, black olives, and top it with green onions

Pulled Pork 
Slow roasted pork hand pulled tossed with a sweet roasted garlic B-B-Q sauce.

Cajun Jambalaya 
A spicy dish of chicken, smoked sausage and pork with caramelized onions, celery, and bell pepper. Tossed with rice.

Creole Jambalaya 
Shrimp and crawfish sautéed with a splash of Creole tomato sauce then tossed with rice, smoked chicken, spicy sausage and Tasso with caramelized onions, celery, and bell pepper.

Red Beans & Rice with Sausage 

Chicken Creola 
A great variation on a New Orleans classic of sauteed chicken in a light Creole tomato sauce with mushrooms tossed with pasta and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Crawfish Etoufee 
Crawfish tail meat slow cooked with onions, bell peppers, and celery, with spicy Cajun seasonings, garlic, and herbs. Served over rice.

Louisiana Chicken 
Chicken breast pieces sautéed in garlic, with mushrooms. In a moderately spicy Tasso cream sauce, served over rice or pasta, and topped with parmesan cheese.

Seafood Gumbo 
A New Orleans classic spicy soup with shrimp, crab, crawfish, Andouille sausage, and okra in a dark roux with seafood stock.

Seafood Bisque 
Shrimp, crab, crawfish, and corn in a light tomato cream based soup with a splash of sherry.

Mardi Gras Pasta 
A Shrimp, Crawfish, and mushrooms in a Creole tomato cream sauce, tossed with pasta. Topped with capers and parmesan cheese.

Chicken Fettuccine 
Seasoned and grilled to perfection chicken breast strips, tossed with a creamy alfredo sauce. Topped with scallions and parmesan

Brunch Packages- We can cater a brunch, which can include but not limited to an omelets station where you can pick the ingredients in each omelet made. Along with any other item preferred at the brunch.
